Ingredients the Band, is born out of a generation of kids who couldn't sit still. They are the beginning of a revolution that is taking place. Not only is their music original and energetic but they are also local celebrities with their feature movie "Ingredients The Band The Movie". This hit flick features all four members of the band as well as other local celebrities, such as Frog and Mr. Appliance. The energy they exude onstage is like that of a caged animal. They expend energy constantly and harvest strange looks and wild cheering from the crowd. A small stage couldnt hold them in. If needed, they will fall into the crowd and make their own space. They have a core of hardcore fans that will appear at any appearance they put on, especially in their hometown of Eugene, Oregon. While they show a musical ability beyond most bands, I've seen their lyrics connect to a generation that is tired of the same old songs dressed-up nice. A constant crowd pleaser. -A.J.
