Metropolitan Cowboys. Dark, poetic little stories, encased in a soundtrack. German lyrics, a wonderful bariton voice and great guitars.
13 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Americana, COUNTRY: Western
Details:
Infamis' sound was never mainstream, making it all the more difficult in a self absorbed music market to find the right label. For some years Infamis existed without a new release. Then they came up with "Alte Nacht", their first album with German lyrics. The album featured the band in their best light to date. Finally they had arrived where they had been aiming for some years. A band doing their thing, without caring about what the music market demanded. On "Alte Nacht", Infamis is deep, emotional, open for different influences, dark, thoughtful and though with German lyrics, here the band found an international language. This album is filled with poetic little stories, encased in a soundtrack.
