Adrian and the Sickness Songs

Details:
"...Adrian's guitar chops cut a unmerciful swaddle through not only classic metal but also into countrified rock and Ramones-like punk. With one foot in Seattle and the other in Austin, her music is hellbent, the right place to be". - M. Moser, Austin Chronicle

"...[Adrian] has happened upon a no-nonsense songwriting style that is as exciting as her Angus impression". - Salt Lake City Weekly

Adrian and The Sickness will rock your ass off! The singer, songwriter and rippin' lead guitarist is Adrian Conner, who doubles as "Angus Young" in Seattle's Hell's Belles, an all girl tribute to AC/DC. In 2002 she packed up and moved to Austin to establish her own original rock band and break free of that cover band stereotype. Her new self-titled album, Adrian and the Sickness was released in October, 2004. It has more of a balls-to-the-wall, in your face, attitude than Adrian's debut album, Dreams, released back in 2001. She's less technical, angrier, and more digestible to the common listener. The new CD explores an array of genres, including rock-n-roll, reggae, punk rock and country, while sustaining a consistent alternative feel.
