These guys walked away from their Dallas, Texas headquarters and headed to Atlanta to redefine themselves with a new band and sound.

Exiling themselves to the studio for more than a year, Doug, Geno, and Mario have emerged with "Underbelly," a powerhouse CD that's a testament to what happens when you put passion first.

A thoroughly modern rock CD, "Underbelly" also has Brit-pop, punkish, and even electronic overtones throughout as the trio pay homage to their musical heroes - while defining a sound of their own.

"We're basically writing about love," Doug says. "But for us, it's not all 'roses and wine, oh baby, baby.' We're saying what people don't always say about relationships. It's sort of a look at the underbelly, where we really explore the side that you'd probably rather hide."

Given their wide variety of Rock influences, they have a knack for writing memorable tunes, even when that's not their primary goal. "We obviously want people to dig the music," Mario says. "We're just starting from a place that's sincere to us, and doing these songs on our own terms."
