The Hartland Band would like to dedicate this collection of songs to our mom and dad. They worked so hard raising 12 kids and instilling a love for music which inspired us to become musicians. Some of the songs were written by our dad, H.E. Hart, adopted and embellished by the Hartland Band to make them our own. I know he would be proud. Others were written from our own life stories, up's and downs! For all of our experience and ability we owe thanks to the
hundreds of musicians and entertainers who have inspired us over the past 30 years of this trade. Our style borrows from all we have met. Thanks to our brothers Charlie Hettrick and Bob Shepard for their hard work, input and dedication in this work. A special thanks to our wife's for the support and understanding, letting our love for our gift grows the fruit of our labor. God bless America!
