Since their inception 5 years ago, the Severn, MD based rock band, HAVOK in HOLLYWOOD, has built a large underground cult-like following through grassroots do-it-yourself promotion and their dedicated fans.
Recently, HAVOK in HOLLYWOOD has surged to the forefront of the eastcoast's unsigned bands with their arena rock stage antics, and captivating live presentation. They currently have 4 releases on their label, Kriminal Inc. Records and are gearing up to hit the road in support of the new,
self- titled release.
HAVOK in HOLLYWOOD closed the sidestage of HFStival 2006 and opened the Main Stage of HFStival 2005 (the nations largest and longest running alternative rock festival) @ Merriweather Post Pavillion & M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD w/ the likes of AFI, Counting Crows, Joan Jett, Coldplay, Dashboard Confessional, The Strokes, Billy Idol, the Foo Fighters, Sum 41, Garbage, and Good Charlotte. They were no strangers to M&T Bank Stadium however, as H*H had a song playlisted @ all of the Baltimore Ravens homegames prior to the event. Since then, they have landed 8 songs in regular rotation on 106.9 the X in Ocean City, MD with "Anti-Scene Posterchild" garnering 30 spins a week!
