Often times, during a presidential election the "dark-side" of politicians is brought to light - their personal actions many times in conflict with the major political issues of the campaign. It is ironic, when American political issues are too perfect or too difficult to admit that they exist within the candidate's own lives. The "Dark-Side" of american politics is told sarcastically, bringing to light the contradiction between the secret life of a politician, which is hidden behind a beautiful scene of his political campaign and the ideals of his political beliefs. Peter, a german shepherd dog - who was smuggled into America - lives illegally in an American political family, and is the protagonist of the story - revealing the politician's dark - side. As a man's best friend and regarded as the most trustworthy animal of Americans, the dog gets embroiled in holding all the presidential candidate's secrets. No one suspects that one day, Peter, will develop the ability to communicate with the presidential candidate. And the worst thing is - Peter cannot tell a lie, therefore 'The "Dark-Side" of american politics' is disclosed when the 'Dog Talks'.
