I never use my bathroom scale except, one day, I decided to look out my window, so I stepped up on the scale to get a better look. I glanced down and saw that I weighed 190 pounds. I thought this couldnât be right. I pulled the scale away from the wall, I checked the dials, and got back on the scale and, to my dismay, I still weighed 190 pounds â 40 pounds overweight. Sound familiar?

I was shocked. My friend asked, âdonât you wear jeans?â âYes,â I answered embarrassed, âstretch jeans!â I was totally unaware of my weight gain. I soon learned that I was occupying a body that wasnât in alignment with the life I wanted to live. I needed to create a new body that was up to par with the life I was seeking. This CD is a tool to help you create the body that will support you in the life you want to experience.

In addition to a hypnosis session, this CD contains a subliminal hypnosis track. Most people arenât aware that they spend much of their day in a natural state of hypnosis. For instance, whenever you are deeply relaxed or highly focused, (like when you are driving your car, searching the internet, reading a good book, or even when youâre engrossed in a T.V. show) your subconscious mind is open to suggestions. The subliminal track of this CD was designed to take advantage of this natural state and to assist you with your transformation while going about your day-to-day activities.
