I led this meditation on Radio Natureopath, on WHUS (91.7 FM) in Storrs, Connecticut on the day after Valentineâs Day as a gentle reminder for us to remember to love, especially the self, even though itâs not dictated by Hallmark(TM). I believe the more love we bring into our hearts, the less fear and terror we will live in; love and fear cannot exist simultaneously. This is my own way of âwaging war against terrorismâ! The great thing about The Journey on this CD is you are bringing healing water into your body like you would bring water into a dried sponge. Just like when you squeeze the sponge you release the suds and soap, in The Journey, you are releasing toxins from your body. The toxins could be: anger, hatred, fear, worry, chemicals, dis-ease, stress, negative thinking, limiting beliefs ⦠whatever feels icky. This is a great Journey, if you have a chronic illness. In the âjourneyâ, we use the location of Ground Zero, the former location of the World Trade Towers, because it is a location to which anybody in the world can feel connected. It is not my intention to cause any additional pain and suffering. Spirit explained to me that this is a location where both love and fear exist. I am choosing to hold the vibration of love rather than fear. I honor the lives of those courageous souls who gave humanity the gift of their lives â we canât waste it. I believe it is our mission to heal the fear (which is terrorism) in our world so we can move more deliberately into a world of love and light. When we do that, we will live with more peace, joy, and harmony butâ¦it all begins from within first.

Thereâs an additional track to this CD that re-enforces the journey, and uses subliminal hypnosis to help you bring change into your life. Most people arenât aware that they spend much of their day in a natural state of hypnosis. In spite of the negative view, I wanted to create a subliminal hypnosis track that could be used as background music throughout the day. Our lives are busy so why not use the time we are in a natural state of hypnosis to our advantage. By the way, this music will really enhance your yoga practice, or any other bodywork sessions. If you are unaware of why hypnosis is an effective tool for transformation, let me explain briefly. Your subconscious mind is like the software of a computer, and your conscious mind is the input. Your subconscious mind takes everything literally and puts into action whatever the conscious mind says, or thinks. Listening to a hypnosis program is a way to upgrade your software.
