This debut album also boasts a rockin' reworking of the Bowie Classic "Scary Monsters" as well as the award winning "Astrolabe"

"We're not listening to what is happening in mainstream or what is the accepted medium; that would detract from the originality of this band. This is a piece of art," says frontman Kobe Corman.

Kobe began writing the album originally from ambient musical beginnings, solid backbeats then emerged, and then came distorted surreal riffs to bring EARTHGOAT into being.

"A lot of the content of the record has been a honing in on the dark side of the human psyche, and I've loved doing it! The best thing that you can do as an artist is be free & in control. Music and Art has to be a labor of love, original & on the edge, otherwise I become bored very quick" says Corman.
