Details:
Eli Brown is an up and coming artist in the Metro Detroit area in more ways than one: Aside from his solo project, "The Motor City Rebel", he is the lead singer of STONEFORGE, a local Detroit hard rock band. Music has been a part of Eli's life from the day he was born. His father, Doug Brown, has played along side people like The Four Tops and Bob Seger, also releasing a local hit single in the early 80's under the name of "Doug Brown and the Ones".

Eli's friends and family were always pushing him to do something with his music, but he had decided he'd rather spend his time working on cars. Once he got a taste of making some real rock'n'roll, though, everything changed! Interestingly enough, production for this album started as a joke back in 2004. Eli and his long time friend, Jason Kern, began recording songs in Jason's studio just for kicks. Eli soon became obsessed with learning everything he possibly could about recording. After just a few months of working with Jason, he decided that he would get serious and record an album. Nine months later (once he really had the hang of how everthing worked) he scrapped the whole deal and started over at Dr. Weiss's studio where he could produce the entire album on his own. One year later, Eli has a finished work of art, and he is ready to start recording the first L.P. from STONEFORGE!
