Eva Stokes is a classically trained pianist who started her career in rock/pop at the age of 14 in Denver Colorado. She has lived and traveled in 19 countries and is now based in Los Angeles, where she writes satirical short stories about Hollywood. In England Eva recorded extensively with Chris Bemand of Marden Hill, and Pete Brown of Cream. In the States Eva has worked with Mick Guzauzki (who has recorded everyone from Barbra Streisand to Mariah Carey, and recorded "I Knew Her Name" on Eva's CD), Bill Meyers (Madonna, etc), and Phil Shenale (Jane's Addiction, Tori Amos).
Formerly the lead singer/songwriter for The Human Beings and Kali Yuga, Eva has now assembled an orchestral rock trio,INFINITY, with Deepak Ramaprian and Kim Panzer to play her powerful new music.
Her CD "Original Means Unique" contains the songs "Kundalini" and "Take My Heart" co-written with Terry Wollman, and "Dance In Your Own Light" co-written with Tami Baltis. Eva is currently developing a television show she created with Nika Halsey Solomon based on her wild and crazy experiences in the music business in Hollywood.In her spare time she - well, she doesn't really have any spare time.
