Segun Akinlolu is one of Nigeria's pre-eminent performance poets leading a revival of the oral traditions through performance. Combining folksongs, original poems and storytelling, he performs his poetry with an acoustical guitar and African percussion instruments.
'Where Rivers Sing A Song', his second poetry recording, was recorded with a live studio audience and features uplifting words in English interwoven with Yoruba songs, gangan drums, agogos, shekeres, and acoustical guitar.
