Released in early 2003 it shows a greater maturity in the song writing skills of Hunter and Power venturing deeper into dance, trance, and techno yet still managing to keep the pop vocals and unforgettable tunes. Songs such as "Good and Bad" were played in various UK clubs in the Summer of 2002.
This album has gained great interest from professional DJs, clubs, compilation CD companies, radio stations, advertisers, and magazines. Future Music magazine described Aura as "Well produced Rock/Dance crossover aka Crystal Method". DJ Louca and DJ Lucci have been quoted in "Life" magazine as saying "Ashmore can be compared to the likes of Dirty Vegas".
"Good & Bad" was remixed and released as a House track on Londons "Trusted Recordings" label selling out it's entire first run within several days. Promoted in Ibiza by Roger Sanchez, and played by Annie Nightingale on BBC Radio 1, this song became Ashmore's biggest hit.
