Composing tunes in his head since as far back as he can remember, Vance Crofoot has always been in love with music. In the past he has collaborated with others in writing, recording and producing different projects, but finally with his debut album, âFrom the Rabbit Hole to the Moonâ he takes a crack at the world of the solo singer-songwriter.

Choosing a 20-year-old Guild acoustic guitar as the favorite item in his repertoire, Vance sets out strumming and picking his way through ten tracks that traverse at least four or five different genres of music. Often using lush synth and electric guitars in the background, and occasionally joined by a studio drummer and bass player, we hear hints of experimental ambience, to pop, to modern folk, to quirky ballads.
