Early in the recording of this album one of the guitar players (Marlin, I think) was mumbling something about wanting to cut loose, rip out a barn burner, and so Ken says, âHow about this one?â Whereupon he launches us into an entirely unscheduled âHe Wipes the Tears Away.â That pretty much set the tone from there on out. So hereâs to all the people who played their hearts out on these tracks and to Ken, for writing such a great bunch of tunes. To all of the 11th hour barn burners everywhere--- âHave no Fear,â âKenâs Countryâ is here!
