Against difficult odds, this CD offers a rare collection of songs featuring Nicole on vocals. Despite her current battle with a debilitating and chronic illness called scleroderma, Nicole's artistry and passion for life charge through this CD with a vigor that makes you fall in love with her music all over again.

On Joy Seeker, you'll hear Nicole's dream band groove on the dance number "Beautiful Man", featuring a horn section and percussion. "Joy Seeker" and "What if" are heart-felt tunes that speak of Nicoleâs process in dealing with chronic illness. This blues mamma gives us her all on "Iâve Got a Feelin". And wrapping up the EP is "Quand je te vois" an acoustic love song en francais.

Nicole took a 2 year break from music because of the progression of the scleroderma. Even though managing her health has become full time work, Nicole paced herself in the recording studio so that she could continue to be creative and share her music with others. The result: âJoy Seekerâ speaks of love and loss. This recording has been called inspiring:
