These three very different sisters come together and write exceptional music and lyrics. They began their harmonizing early in life, officially formed as a band in 1999, and began touring throughout New England, NY, and Pennsylvania building a following of faithful fans and releasing two full-length albums. Power, Love, & a Sound Mind in 2000, and Amplified in 2001.

In 2003, the sisters brought their instrumental talent to a fore in their live show, raging additional attention to their already solid vocal and songwriting capabilities while expanding their performance base to a national level. Their 2004 demo recordings "Na-Na" and "Why Am I Amazed?" are making their mark. The latter is included on the 10-song complilation Peace Songs For a Better World, Vol. 2. Garnering press from radio airplay and interviews, tv-tapings on both national and local networks, as well as magazine and newsprint, these women have filled the seats of various venues large and small -- festivals, colleges, churches, coffeehouses, camps, and clubs. The band has shared the stage with other musical greats like Dr. Bobby Jones, Rebecca St. James, Tree 63, Melba Moore, Billy Sprague, Paul Coleman, Barlow Girl, Geoff Moore, Ten Shekel Shirt, Tremaine Hawkins, and LaRue.

Melding music and purpose, the powerhouse threesome agrees, "If our music helps individuals reach their potential in a lifechanging way, then we've accomplished something." Currently, the band is channeling 7 years of experience, 3 college degrees, and a united effort of passionate determination to independently promote, book, market, and succeed as musicians, entrepreneurs, and spokewomen.

Since 2003, Warrior Poetes has been proud to be Artist Associates with World Vision -- the internationally recognized development and humanitarian Non-Govermental Organization (NGO) addressing the root causes of poverty and malnutrition through child sponsorship.
