Details:
My cousin, Kermit Zarley, was a professional golfer most of his life (PGA and Seniors), but became very interested in a thorough study of the Bible. He has written Gospels Interwoven (a single narrative of the four Gospels) which had Billy Graham's endorsement. His most recent book is The Third Day Bible Code.

Kermit, trusting our songwriting abilities, sent us his manuscript of Third Day Bible Code, and asked us to write a song for his book. We feel God inspired this song which was finished on a Saturday night. Exactly 3 days later (Monday morning) we recorded the vocals and guitar (3 separate tracks).

The song (and book) is about the many occurances "three days" or "third day" appear in the Bible. If God says one day is as a thousand years (which is Scriptural), Kermit's book asserts our Messiah will be returning only after we have exited the second millenium and we should look for Him anytime after the beginning of the third millenium (since His first appearance).

The song itself is upbeat with intriguing lyrics that refer to some of the many places in the Bible the three day motif appears. The chorus is uplifting and encourages us to prepare for Jesus's 2nd coming.

The first 2 minutes of the song gives you some food for thought, but the song really takes off after the instrumental, the bridge and final verse. Dean Kaelin lent his vocal, at the end of the song, with his improvisation of a Jewish cantor as he echoes the chorus.
