A flood gate opened for Dan around the time he picked up the guitar at 21. Every moment of hurt, struggle, self doubt was waiting to be let out. Since writing was a cathartic thing for him his public performances have seen many positive responses from audiences and venues. Easy to listen to and yet confronting enough to engage, his edgy / simplistic folk / rock is spreading throughout the brisbane music scene. Four years after that first song Dan has been playing and writing non stop, has finished and released one EP followed by another which has just finished being recorded. After playing venues around brisbane like Tongue & Groove @ west end and O'Leary's Caxton St constantly for nearly a year Dan has now been in production of his next EP "Heartfelt" until now. Featuring the catchy "Everyday", the emotional "Come Monday" and the epic "Faith" Dan hopes to build his solid fan base further. Dan enjoys most stripping back his material to the bare guitar and vocals in a live setting as they were first written.
