Music Rising, a campaign launched to replace musical instruments lost or destroyed in the Gulf Region hurricanes was created with inaugural partners Gibson Guitar, Guitar Center Music Foundation and MusiCares. Providing replacements instruments to the many professional musicians who were affected by the hurricanes has continued to be very important in restoring the pure musical essence of the region. Since its inception in November 2005 Music Rising has brought aid to over 2,000 musicians, helping them regains their livelihood and find their way back home. Musicians in the Gulf Region and many displaced to over 34 States have all been helped.

Glen Muñoz is a New York-based Music Producer, Singer, Songwriter and Multi-instrumentalist and Co-owner of Due South Studios â NYC.
