Grand Circus has crafted an edgy sound with hard rock licks influenced by life near the historical park bearing their name on the streets of Detroit. Their no-holds-barred approach, expanding on classic Detroit rock, is evidenced on their latest CD "Follow". The music is still true to D-Town roots, representing the blue collar spirit the city was built on. Tracks like "Paralyzed" and "In Command" put a modern spin on a hard rock foundation. "B.B.O.L." and "Tension" take a turn into funk territory, while "Overthrow" and "Souls Denied" show a progressive influence.
