Poostosh has emerged from interminable improvisations in front of mixing console of the booth of the one very respectable Moscow club /theatre, where we all worked (one of us worked under the same roof, but in another organisation) . Initally we were called "Dark Brigade", but it was short moment. The name "Poostosh" appeared in 2002. In Russian it means - uncultivated plot or a heath. We've played and recorded in a lot of different styles without any mixing, in one cut, quickly created the sound of a compositions due to our mood in that moment.In 2005, I (Mikhail Salnikov, also the head of such projects as MOX,QUTH,Tooth Kink(www.monstaar.com)) decided to establish a new label - Untime Records to issue music of Poostosh first of all. With support of my friends, "Untime " album revealed itself for listeners.
