Ok, so here we are. It's just you and me so let's get frank about your desire to
market online. Are you here because you want a successful business or are you
here because you want to get rich overnight? I ask because there's an important
distinction between the two mindsets.
If you want a legitimate online business then you're in the right place to get started.
If you downloaded this with the hopes of driving a Bentley by next Saturday then
wise the hell up. It's not going to happen. This takes time, knowledge, and effort.
No, this is not a physically demanding business and it sure as hell beats a 9-5 in my
opinion but if you're not prepared to work, then seriously forget it. You'll only lose
money and you'll just piss off your wife (don't do this), husband, or whoever, with
all the damn money you're wasting.
If you made it past that paragraph then I think you'll be alright. That would mean you
recognize the importance of approaching this like any business. You will need a
plan, and you will need to learn, and you will need to develop a routine which will
require daily attention.
Let's start at the very beginning. I'm assuming you have a basic understanding of
how to work a computer or you wouldn't be reading this right now. If you don't and/
or navigating the web is difficult for you...honestly, stop now, and go take some
classes. You're only going to waste time and frustrate the hell out of yourself if you
attempt to learn how to use a computer or the Internet while you're trying to start an
online business.
