Against all odds, Gloria Oâ Muerte was recorded and produced in May 2002,by the newly formed Drunk Monk Records in partnership with the legendary bluesman, Chuck E. Weiss.
The songs on Gloria O' Muerte reflect the musical influences and growth that Dimes has been shaped by in his life: Speed Metal, Punk Rock, Delta Blues, Country Western, Cuban Sonâ¦and on and on. You put all these elements together and you get a new brand of Pop. A truly accessible sound with a lot of balls that is timeless and cannot be pinned down.
