The squirmin hermans are from Salem, Oregon and they are here to put a smile on your face! With songs like âBaby Went to the Dollar Store,â âI Got a Kazoo,â and âMumbling About Mars,â they are the band that will leave you in a great mood. Theyâve been described as a cross between the Ramones, Weird Al and the Dead Milkmen.
Hereâs a little background on the members. P. D. Herman, guitarist, kazooist and lead vocalist, has played in bands for the last 25 years, including Public Humiliation, the Kosher Kowboys, the Omlits and the Hare Apes. Angela Herman, bassist and vocalist, is the âskaterâ of the band. When sheâs not playing bass with the Hermans, she skates on a local roller derby team. Philth E. Phil, drummer extraordinaire and vocalist, has played in local area bands Cease to Exist and Positive Energy. Phil also plays guitar and bass, and has been known to jam until the wee hours of the morning!
