Instructions For Modifying The Affiliate Tools Page.

There are only 2 things you need to modify...

1. The script itself.

2. All the instances on the Affiliate Tools Page where you want the branded affiliate links to show up.
Part 1: Modifying the script.

First, lets modify the script itself. Youll find this script at the very bottom of the 2.affiliatetools.html template just before the closing tag.

The ONLY things you need to change on this simple script are the affiliate links and links to your banner images. I highlighted the parts you need to change...

The part that says +affid+ is where the affiliate ID goes (the affiliate ID is the unique nickname or number your affiliate program gives each affiliate).

So for example if youre using ClickBank, the usual hoplink looks like this:

http://AFFILIATE.VENDOR.hop.clickbank.net

And the affiliate link you would insert into the script looks like this:

http://+affid+.VENDOR.hop.clickbank.net

So heres how the script will look like with your ClickBank affiliate links in it..

Part 2: Adding branded links to the template itself.

OK so now that weve modified the script with your own affiliate links, lets brand all the tools on the page.

This is very simple to do and all you have to do is apply a link1 class to a tag where ever you want the branded affiliate link to show up.
