Here is how it works:

The Buy Me A Drink script works with Drinks and Sponsorships.

A drink is an item you have defined that is paid through Paypal.
A sponsorship is an item-subscription you have defined that is paid through Paypal.

The list of the people that buy you a drink is called by default Cheers list.
The list of the people that sponsor you is called by default Sponsors list.

Someone that pays for a drink is directed to a Thank You page in your server, fills a form and can display his/her information to the Cheers list.

Someone that sponsors you with a subscription is directed to another Thank You page in your server, fills a form and can display his/her information to the Sponsors list.
