This is robots from the futureâs first album. We are not signed to a label. At first we did not play live, but reynold kissling joined the band and demanded that we get in front of people.
Our name was inspired by a minneapolis band, Bubblemath, to whom Keith inquired if they are robots from the future. They sound more like robots from the future than us, but we like the name.
Our most prominent influences are Depeche Mode, Stravinsky, and Wallace Stevens.
The songs were recorded and mixed at Keith's house and Pat's house; mastered at Pat's house.
