Hi my name is galen young . thanks forlistening to my songs
I wrote these songs during my tour of duty in the 144th
Combat Support Hospital. Our unit was acitvated in 1991 and we spent 6 months on active duty in Riyad Saudi Arabia
I am l.p.n. at the Salt lake V.A. hospital now.I was a
medic during the gulf war.I had an old guitar and a played
it and sang to amuse my buddies and to deal with..lonliness
There is some humor in some of the songs but no way do I mean it to be anti patriotic.I spent 20 years in the Utah
National Guard and I am proud of my service.The humor in the music was merly there to entertain and cheer up the
men and women soldiers I worked with.Thanks again
