TAKING first place in BE!ON! Music Entertainmentâs Vocalist Competition in 2004, singer-songwriter Masamune broke out onto the J-Pop music scene with his debut mini-album, EVERLASTING, in September of 2005. The CD's lead track, "Eternity," got good play time on Japanese radio the other tracks were also highly rated.
Since his mini-album release, he has remained active in the live performing circuit in the Tokyo area as well as began collaborations with other artists as songwriter and producer.

Masamune was one of the co-founders of Win Win Records based in Tokyo, Japan, in 2008. He worked as composer and producer for the labelâs first CD maxi single, âSoar,â with opera singer Jeffrey Trambley.
He is currently working on his next album titled "2.0" which is scheduled for release by the end of 2011.
