The Raging River CD is the first solo offering by Jeremy James Bonner. It is a collection of 10 original songs with an alternative christian-rock feel that borders into pop and worship. With heartfelt lyrics and vocals (obviously lived, not just learned)

Details:
This CD took almost four years to make because there was no money and very little help in the beginning. As time went on, people started to say âJeremy, are you still working on that?â, but I was determined. Piece by piece God started putting it together in front of my eyes. A vision, something to share with people. A part of my personal relationship with him, in song. As I got further into the project, I started to let people listen. I was so moved by the response. Now even more motivated, trying to upgrade hardware and buy software; I decided to sell my acoustic guitar (the one I wrote these songs on, I loved this guitar) , and so I sold it, and anything else that wasnât bolted down. A few months later on a Friday, after work, my buddy that had bought my guitar (who is also my supervisor) called and asked if he could come over, he had something he needed to discuss with me. I was like O.K., this canât be good. When he got here he proceeded to tell how much he liked my music, that it had touched his heart and that he believed that this is what God had called me to do. He told me no one had been playing my guitar and he wanted me to have it back. I told him, I spent all that money, I donât have $300 and he told me to take it, and he knew in his heart that this was what God wanted him to do. I could feel the holy spirit fall on me that very minute. I nearly cried, actually I did after he left. God had taken my once lost soul, broken it, then mended it and planted a dream. Never being trained in guitar, vocally or in songwriting either, He held my hand and together we wrote, produced, recorded and performed this entire CD. Him and I.
