BLUES: Electric Blues, BLUES: Chicago Style

Details:
This album features the great King Robinson, A.K.A. Rob Sulski on vocals and harp. Rob has been a respected bluesman for years, but this is his first album. After making a big splash at the 2004 Illinois Blues Festival, it was decided to produce this album, "Hit The Big Time".
This album also features the guitar playing of legendary blues sideman Bruce Williams, who started his blues career in 1969 in the south and west side blues clubs of Chicago. He played in the Junior Wells band, Lefty Dizz's Chicago Fire, The Mark Hannon's Blues Band & Jimmy Dawkin's band. He also shared the stage with Willie Dixon, Hound Dog Taylor, Buddy Scott, Jimmy Rodgers and Jimmy Reed. The rest of the Housewrecker's include Marty Willis on bass and Jeff Blum on drums, two outstanding blues players, and veteran blues guitarist Mike Landers on guitar. Mike's distinctive playing conveys a sense of distant blues traditions and keeps the band centered. There are 3 live cuts on the album featuring some guest musicians: Eric Van Dyne on guitar, John Fritzel on keys and Mark Wallace on drums. This is some good blues, and without the copycat licks so often heard these days. With King Robinson's stirring harp tone and soulful singing, and with tasty guitar licks throughout the album...blues lovers will dig this music!!
