Michael Reno Harrell is an award winning songwriter, as well as a veteran storyteller and entertainer, and heâs from the Southâ¦the Southern Appalachian Mountains to hone it a bit finer. Four decades of performing have taken him to over forty states and many foreign countries. His recordings top the Americana Music Association charts year after year. He has penned hits for Nashville receiving both Gold and Platinum Awards. Michael won First Place in the prestigious Chris Austin Songwriting contest at Merle Fest in 2002.
