MULHOLLAND DRIVE

"MULHOLLAND DRIVE" is a Los Angeles based rock and roll band whose goal is to be the America's next international recording phenomena. The "Drive" has created unique rock songs that with the right promotion, distribution and a label that believes in the band will achieve their goal.
The founder, leader, chief songwriter, and producer is drummer/ keyboardist/programmer Timothy K. Mulholland. Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Timothy grew up with the blues in his bones.
Timothy's formal training started with private music lessons (drums & percussion) in fifth grade. He attended DePaul University in Chicago. He received a degree from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights in Business Administration and graduated with a B.A. degree from Governors State University in Invention & Creativity in Music.
While recording in New York City for Atlantic Records, Timothy was casted by Cy Coleman & Michael Stewart in their Broadway hit musical "I Love My Wife."
Timothy has recorded over 1500 radio & T.V. commercials including Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Seven-Up, Diet 7-Up, Coors, Budweiser, Bud Light, Heineken, Wheaties, Trix, & Lucky Charms Cereals, Gatorade, McDonalds, Amoco Oil, Toyota, Dodge, Cadillac, Ford, Pontiac and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Timothy has also recorded for major T.V. shows. His credits include "TheChipmunks," "TheFlintstones," "Scooby Do," "Alf," "The Smurfs," "Alf Tails," "The Bible," "The Ghostbusters," "Slimer," "Cops," "The Jetsons," "The Care Bears" "Denver The Dinosaur, and "The Go-Bots,""Simion and The Space Monkeys."

Timothy has recorded for many record labels including:

Timothy also composed and produced music for the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino's theme park's show "Kaleidoscope" and the Magic Castle's magic/comedy production "Up Your Sleeves.

In 1998 Timothy received the honor of being inducted into the Marian Catholic High School's Hall Of Fame with the Distinguished Achievement Award in the Fine Arts and recognition by Senator Debbie Halvorson of the Illinois State Senate.
Timothy has been educating/performing throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District for the Intercultural Awareness Program from 1990 to 2000 with his programs "Electronic Music with Computers" and "Music for Animation".
Timothy is also the sound engineer for the Coronet Theatre In West Hollywood. He has engineered over 600 shows for the longest running theatrical production in Los Angeles "Menopuase The Musical."
