Details:
Mountain Dew started working together as a band in June 1992, and have during a 7-year period been doing almost 200 gigs each year. During the many years of touring Mountain Dew has sharpened their musical tools and deepened their joy of playing music. The band has cut down on touring a little bit lately and instead concentrating more on studio work. The band plays a variety of traditional Irish music and original material close to the Country/Folk/Blues tradition. A performance by Mountain Dew is always a night in high spirit and excellent musicianship.

Mountain Dew are very proud of their new CD "Toss the Feathers". The recordings were done late November-nights in Apparat Studios and the mixing was done in the beginning of December 2002. The record highlights the band's musical skills and sheer joy of playing. It contains traditional Irish tunes and both American and Irish folksongs. There's also one interesting original piece. All performances on the CD are coloured by the special Mountain Dew touch.
