Details:
Monte*Rosa created in 2003 is a Latin Alternative Pop/Rock group recently signed to the new Fabrika Music Record Label (distributed in the USA by J & N Records / Sony BMG). Monte*Rosa's self-titled album was released nationwide June 28, 2005. The founding members and producers of the record are Eric J.M. (Colombian, singer/songwriter and rhythm guitarist) and O. Vitto (Venezuelan, back up vocalist and lead guitarist). They are joined by talented band mates Nate Mullins (American, drums) and Diego Crocetta (Italian, Bass & back up vocalist); together all four bring you music like only Monte*Rosa can!

Formerly known as ââ¬ËEssereâ, the band was created under the explosion of the Latin Rock scene of Miami, Florida in 1996. The band separated in 1999 and two of their original members, Erik J.M. and Orlando Vitto reunited and got the band up and rolling in the beginning of 2003. The guys took it upon themselves to take their music and make it live once again. Their performances gained critical acclaim and garnered them a spot as one of the top bands in Miami on the inaugural Jack Danielâs Studio #7 CD in 2004.

From there on Erik and Vitto embarked on the enviable task of self producing the debut CD with incredible collaborations during the recording sessions by Fernando Sanchez (Volumen Cero) & Brendan Buckley (Shakira, Fulano) on drums; Allan Ocasio on bass; Felix Lopez âFeel-Xâ, Tony Laurencio & Pete Wallace on synthesizers/keyboards and Richard Bravo on percussion. These sessions created the right mix to form what today is the quartet which is anticipated to cement itself as a force in the Latin Music scene for years to come.

Monte*Rosa was one of the featured acts at this yearâs Billboard Latin Music Conference, showcasing for the Latin Music Industry during MTV Españolâs Conference Opening Night Cocktail and Showcase.

âMe la Robo the first single off the album âMonte*Rosaâ recently impacted radio garnering airplay nationwide.
