We're an old-time string band that primarily focuses on fiddle tunes and songs from the Appalachian region and Midwest; the bulk of our material derives from 78 rpm recordings that were made in the Twenties and Thirties.

The three of us started playing together in the summer of 2004 when The Wild Goose Chase Cloggers, a Twin Cities-based clogging group in need of some old-time musicians, dragged us along to England and Belgium. Around January 2005, much to the chagrin of the local community, we decided to make it "official" and incorporated ourselves as a band.
