Combined with her speaking ministry, Miriam also glorifies God through piano accompaniment or in concert. Her talent has given her the opportunity to work with internationally known artists. The Courage to be Real: Becoming a Woman of Confidence and Integrity, was published by Servant Press. She holds a B.A. in Theology from Trinity College.
Miriam is able to relate to a widely varied audience. Because of her background, she speaks with understanding and empathy to compulsive over-achievers and to abused individuals. As a veteran business professional, she knows from the inside the frustrations that confront career women who juggle family and employment outside the home. Miriam has experienced the challenges of clinical depression and speaks with great wisdom about the issues regarding the need for therapy, medical treatment, and open admission of the problemâespecially among Christians. As a woman of God, she knows Him and conveys His love to people in all circumstances, testifying to His unending faithfulness to those He calls His own.
Miriam and Roy have raised three sons, and are now grandparents of four amazing (!) grandchildren.
