What do you get when you take the guitars of Strung Out, the lyrical imagery of Alkaline Trio, and the drive of Lagwagon sprinkled lightly with indie-pop-punk sentimentality? The Minor League.
From the snowy forests of Marquette, Michigan, TML have emerged from the midwest with their own individual sound built upon the foundation of pioneers mentioned above. In a little over a year of existence, the band has played over 80 shows and completed a 3 month national tour; playing with such acts as Alkaline Trio, Near Miss, Silverstein, Knockout, Mustard Plug, Spitalfield, My Hotel Year, the Red Hot Valentines, the Matches, Smacking Isiah/A Willhelm Scream, and countless others.
"One Night Stand" is the latest 5 track EP released in August of 2003 by The Minor League. The disc is full of driving melodic punk and has quickly become popular with fans throughout the Midwest.
