My name is Matthew and I am a 22 year old from Hampshire in England.

I have recently finished an HND in music production and I'm now pursuing a career in CompositionSong-writing.

I started taking keyboard lessons when I was 11. In my
final years at secondary school I started to listen to a lot of rock music by bands such as Nirvana and Led Zeppelin and took up playing guitar. When I was 14 I was suprised to win a Young Composers Composition sponsored by South West Trains. When I entered college, due to listening to artists such as Massive Attack and Aphex Twin, I started to develop an interest in electronic music and began to experiment with various software synths and electronic drum loops. Towards the end of college I opened my horizons further and was listening to Jazz, Classical and Reggae among many other styles.
I have recently completed my first E.P. which is titled "Satellites". This E.P. is inspired by the
Apollo 11 moon landings.

I am interested in creating music for release to the public but am also interested in writing music for documentaries and film.
