Details:
Rod Stewart. Bette Midler. Anti-Social Music. Yes, YOUR cranky, crafty, contrarian, and cantakerous new music corporate for the punks has joined the pantheon of the stars with the long-awaited completion of it's debut collection "ASM Sings The Large American Songbook"; a hooting, hollering grab-bag from the group most likely to get loaded on stage at Lincoln Center. And yes, this record was made possible in part by a grant from the Cary Trust.
Our concerts have featured members of Ida, the Hold Steady, Alarm Will Sound, Gutbucket, World/Inferno Friendship Society, the Hissyfits, Songs:Ohia; the bands of Elliott Sharp, Jabbo Ware, and Jon Langford; and the New Jersey Philharmonic, the NY Underground Orchestra, the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, New York City Opera, and so on and so on.
