A full-time touring musician, singer-songwriter Nathan Clark George desires to provide a musical, artful, and meaningful influence for both Christians and the world at large. Through full passages of the Scriptures artfully placed in musical settings and honest original lyrics inspired by the many joys and trials of a life lived before God, he delivers a rich blend of hopeful realism, transforming the mundane into the meaningful. Simply stated, Nathan's goal is to encourage love of the Scriptures, fear of God, and love of life and family. He plays both in Christian and general market venues, preferring to ignore these boundaries, except in the area of corporate worship. In an attempt to live what he sings about, he travels in a motor home with his wife and four children.

Nathan has been touring now for four years and is continually building a strong base of fans who love his authenticity, his musicianship, and his engaging performances. His latest CD, Slam the Door, was chosen as one of five finalists in the Singer/Songwriter category of the Independent Music Awards, and he was recently voted "Acoustic Artist of the Year" on IndieHeaven.com. His compelling delivery of songs drawn from the Scriptures, his experience as a pastor, his life, and his family allows him to transform any venue into a comfortable living room where the audience is free to explore life's joys and sorrows, experiencing both conviction and hope.

A musician with a solid command of the guitar, Nathan's musical style travels from melodic finger-style reminiscent of James Taylor or Leo Kotke, to a modern blend of the great folk traditions, and is fresh and accessible for all ages.
