The hot newcomer R&B artist ONeal is set to take the music industry by surprise and set the stage for a whole new scene with his debut album, Every Three Seconds. ONeal began embracing his musical talent at the age of twelve, "Where I was brought up there was little to do so you had to be creative. Thats when I began to write and find my way around various instruments."

Inspired by R&B, Jazz, and Gospel, O'Neal the singer, musician, producer, and songwriter gives us what he calls "lounge groove" music which he unfolds on his debut album, Every Three Seconds.
