Acoustic Balanceâs âEquilibriumâ, is the heart and soul of three very different dynamic and intricate personalities molded into a unique variety of tuneful compositions.

The Group âAcoustic Balanceâ is a unique mixture of extreme talent, old and new school musical aptitude, and of course the love for music. Band members, Matt Turner, Carl Berg and Michael Merryman got together by accident in their search to create an Album in the little Bavarian town of Oberammergau Germany, home of the world renown âPassion Playâ. At the same time as Mike was taking Guitar lessons from Matt, Carl and Mike were recording Mikeâs newly learned acoustic guitar rhythms as Carl added his old school electric guitar solos, ultimately ending up as the foundation of the song track, âSeen It in Your Eyesâ. Carl later met Matt in a local Pub, âDie Gaudiâ, and a beer mixed with musical knowledge ended up to be the beginning of the Equilibrium Album. The Album took some seventeen months to complete, and was a serious test of nerves for all the band members. The final product is what counts, and Mr. Matt Turner did a superior job of arranging and mixing at the Quilt. The album was later Mastered at Seasam Studio in Munich Germany by Hugo Wieser in June of 2006, the rest is history!
