Pahtcub first started playing guitar when he was 12 years old and progressed to being able to play every instrument in a typical band. However, his true calling was guitar, which he taught himself how to play to the music he wrote. His skills increased even further, after attending 2 years at Omega Recording Schools, where the foundation was laid for the sound of his debut album, "Situation Normal" now remastered.

Pahtcub's music can be described as "happily depressing", in conjunction with his life, which had many ups and downs. Through the years he has been in many different bands including "Rust", "Tryb", "Snafu", among several others, performing live at everything from garage parties, to field parties, to the "All Star Café" and numerous appearances at various "Battle of the Bands" contests. Thus, over the years Pahtcub's music has evolved into alternative rock with an affinity towards rap and metal.
