What Information ThreatNuker Collects
ThreatNuker software does not collect any information from your computer. When you install ThreatNuker software, the software communicates with our server to receive an ID number. This is just a number to uniquely count the number of installed instances, and to help them identify error reports. Each subsequent time that your ThreatNuker software downloads the latest database information, the only information shared is your ID number and the version number of the ThreatNuker software you have.

Updates- Your copy of ThreatNuker software, once installed, will check in with their server occasionally to receive updated database information. They do not record nor do they have access to the websites you added to the list of the restricted websites using ThreatNuker software.

You can control the way updates are performed through Settings dialog.

Hardware and Software Requirements-

Software requirements:
Windows 98 or later.
Internet Explorer 5.0 or later.
There are no plans at this time to create a version compatible with the Mac, Linux, or any other non-Microsoft Operating System.

Hardware requirements:
166 Mhz Pentium processor or better, 16MB RAM, 2MB free hard drive space, Mouse, Internet Connection (dial-up modem, cable modem or DSL) for program registration and updates.
