Kraken a 5 piece metalcore from bracknell. After being together 4 years kraken play a US style tech-Metalcore sound that they have stuck with through out there career the band have proudly shared the stage with Your Demise, A Plea for Purging, The Eyes of a Traitor, All Forgotten, The Casino Brawl, Arsonists Get All the Girls, Fell Silent, Salt the Wound, Ella, Bleed from Within, We are The Ocean, Arusha Accord and many more.


Kraken spent 2009 touring and promoting there first EP Revolution the cd went on to be a great success. The hit tracks off the EP 'Our Suicide' & 'Until Sundown' are still used in the bands set along with the crushing new material they've been writing. In early 2010 the band recorded a video for 'Until Sundown' the video had over a thousand plays in the first week and received amazing feedback

The band have done 2 full UK tours and DIY booked most the shows themselves.

Kraken is a band about fun and playing music we are not in it for fortune and fame we're in this for fun.

Kraken enter the studio in early 2011 to record there 2nd CD 'The Black Tapestry' which will feature six new tracks from the band.
