"It's definitely a cool tangent. Anything that will show the different abilities of your talent is always a bonus. Besides the obvious genre shift, the guitar sound is not your usual sound either and it is a cool twist. Kinda makes me think of 'The Cure' and a darker 'Dick Dale'.
