Rob Mercer is an accomplished vocalist in the field of Contemporary Christian and Gospel music. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Rob became a regular opening act for many gospel greats including the late Rev. James Cleveland and Edwin Hawkins. Touring extensively, he has also performed throughout the U.S., Canada and South Africa, provided background vocals for Diana Ross and shared the stage with gospel greats, Richard Smallwood, Yolanda Adams and the late Ron Winans. In January of 2000, Rob was invited to the historic Kennedy Center in Washington, DC where he performed the Carlton Burgess classic, Greater is He.

With his upcoming 2006 CD release, A Brotherâs Worship, Rob brings together live and studio tracks that are destined to change lives. "This album for me is all about relationships, challenges, triumphs and how God longs to be a part of every decision we face. No matter how small or large we make it, God wants in,â says Mr. Mercer. "These songs totally equate worship with how you live your life."

Rob continues to demonstrate the maturity and growth of a multi-talented recording artist, performer, actor, producer and entrepreneur of the first order.
